(Back Office Coordinator & Tele Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation and Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Project Team to gather requirements for quotations.
- Collaborate with the Quotations Executive for specific project details.
- Generate ledgers in the system prior to preparing and sending quotations.
- Prepare quotations based on team and field requirements.
- Check material availability and lead time, ensuring accurate sales order generation.
- Order Processing and Material Management:
- Process sales orders in the ERP system and coordinate material delivery.
- Oversee billing, interbranch transactions, and creation of new customer ledgers.
- Arrange material from various locations as per project requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Resolve customer issues for timely clearance of pending payments.
- Provide information to the Quotations Executive regarding stock availability and part numbers.
- Follow up on sent quotations, ensuring closure and addressing customer inquiries.
- Sales Target Achievement and Tele Sales:
- Achieve sales targets through regular customer calls and relationship-building.
- Follow up on leads, send accurate quotations, and coordinate visits for maximum sales conversion.
- Conduct rigorous cold calling to generate new sales leads and introduce the organization.
- Team Support and Reporting:
- Assist field teams with sales and stock data in the system.
- Punch orders in the ERP system for self and team members whenever instructed.
- Update data in Google Forms daily on payments collected and market issues.
- Market Feedback and Communication:
- Provide market feedback to the product team about product reactions and customer needs.
- Actively participate in sales-related discussions, meetings, and training sessions.
- Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
- Cross-check ERP and hard copy records for quantity accuracy, filing copies for retrieval.
- Prepare handbills and handle walk-in customer queries in the absence of counter sales executives.
- Manage billing procedures for myupgrade.in according to SOP.
- Quotations Executive Collaboration:
- Work closely to refine project quotations specifications.
- Share valuable insights on payment status and market issues for process optimization.
- Provide support in managing billing procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hindi, English & Konkani.
- Pleasant personality with a high accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Ability and aptitude for continuous learning.
- Proficiency in emails, MS-Office (especially Excel), ERP, and CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive tele-sales efforts and relationship-building strategies.
- Regularly update data in Google Forms and use mobile applications/software for daily reporting.
- Support field teams with marketing collaterals, including price lists, brochures, samples, order forms, bill copies, and credit note copies.
Working hours – 9am-6pm (Monday – Saturday)
Salary Package – Rs. 2,64,000 – 3,36,000 p.a
