Location: Panjim, Goa
- To be a part of backend operations process supporting our clients through customer services and providing solutions for queries and issues raised.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- Accurately Load / Amend Hotel and Ancillary Services Contracts within defined SLAs.
- To manage / report on a day-to-day basis workload and tasks related to concern client.
- To support the team in striving for 100% accuracy in all practices by placing a strong emphasis on the quality control aspects of the process and through process improvement.
- To support the team in organizing the administration and prioritization of tasks.
- Graduate or Degree holder in any field preferably B.Com, BTTM, B.A and BBA.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel Reservations
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and mail drafting/report writing.
- Team player.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Time management.
- Analytical approach to work and attention to detail and accuracy.
Working hours – (Compulsory & Rotational): 9am to 6pm, 2:30pm to 11:30pm & 10:30pm to 7:30am (additional allowance and part transport available for the UK & US shifts)
Salary Package – Rs. 1,80,000/- to Rs. 2,60,000/- per annum
