Admin – Data Entry

Responsibilities

  • Review and enrich all new client account records created in the firm’s Salesforce CRM system
  • Comb through data on account records to ensure key fields are populated (e.g. company group, relationship, website, client operations, industry/sub-industry, entity type, address, etc)
  • Research and update Salesforce contact records to display current company, title and contact information
  • Merge data records when duplicates are found in the system
  • Review and update contacts that are sync over from Outlook meetings to Salesforce that have no matching email domain – research and added to the appropriate company record or create new company record
  • Review and update meetings synced over from Outlook to Salesforce to confirm they are tied to the correct company record
  • Review the ERM data quality manager tool to push new contacts/companies from lawyer emails to Salesforce
  • Review relationship record creations and scores are accurate in Salesforce based on a comparison to ERM tool

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 0 – 3 years’ experience in data entry
  • Freshers from any stream may apply
  • Smart
  • Reliable
  • Independent

Working hours – US shifts – 6:30pm to 3:30am

Salary Package –  Rs. 2,00,000/-  to  Rs. 3,50,000/- per annum
