Conflict/Docketing Analyst – Legal

Overview & Duties

  • Support multiple law firms, adhering to each firm’s internal processes and procedures
  • Conduct conflicts searches, using a firm’s conflicts database or other systems/programs
  • Perform comprehensive corporate research using the firm’s commercial data providers and external sources
  • Analyze data, identify potential issues and provide a summary of findings
  • Review incoming letters, faxes, email, etc. for changes and/or additions to calendars
  • CompuLaw entry
  • Event Management and generation
  • Generate/Distribute daily calendar reports
  • Court calendar research
  • Tracking and calendaring of dates to ensure accuracy
  • Understand legal documents and events
  • Proactive research of deadlines
  • Provide excellent client service to attorneys, legal assistants and administrative personnel
  • Special projects and duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Law or Paralegal education/certification required
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience working within a law firm or corporate office environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based platforms required
  • Previous analytical research and reporting experience preferred
  • Experience and working knowledge of database systems is a plus

Working hours – US shifts – 6:30pm to 3:30am

Salary Package –  Rs. 3,00,000/-  to  Rs. 4,20,000/- per annum
