Location: Margao, Goa
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a sales plan along with sales managers
- Attend to walk-in customers in the store
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Up selling and cross selling of products to achieve store sales target
- Have a clear list of customers to be handled and tele-called on regular basis
- Demonstrate and provide information on products & services
- Set up, display and maintain sales counter and promotional stands
- Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals
- Complete billing as per customer requirement in the system
- Complete delivery challan billing, interbranch documentation, Credit notes, material inward, expiry material.
- Taking approval on emails for credit bills as per SOP.
- Follow up on outstanding collections and focus on recovery.
- Update data in google forms daily on payments collected and issues pending.
- Use mobile application/software for tracking and updating daily reports.
- Monitor, Track, Document, reorder and clearance of inventory/stock.
- Preparing quotations as per customer’s requirement and follow up to ensure sales closure
- Ensure customer gets timely and accurate delivery of material.
- Attend, resolve and/or escalate to customer issues and complaints to ensure positive customer experience
- Ensure receipt of outstanding payments by regular follow up and customer issue resolution
- On field customer visits as and when required.
- Demonstrations to be done at customer location.
- Report customer feedback to store manager and sales head.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 12th or Graduate with experience in sales/customer service.
- Fluent in Hindi, English & Konkani.
- Proficiency in emails, MS-Office (especially Excel), ERP, and CRM software.
- Pleasant personality
- Drive to achieve sales target and customer delight
- Ability and aptitude for continuous learning
Working hours – 8am-8pm, Monday – Saturday (Two Shift timings: 08:00 am – 05:30 pm & 10:30 am – 08:00 pm)
Salary Package – Rs. 1,92,000 – 2,64,000 p.a
