Location: North Goa/Hyderabad
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate builds in accordance with the release calendar;
- Foster teamwork and spirit of collaboration and commitment within the project team;
- Problem solve and escalate as required;
- Responsible for directing and monitoring work efforts via daily stand-ups;
- Work across the enterprise with other Scrum Masters (Scrum of Scrums) to ensure interdependencies are identified, tracked and escalated;
- Ensure communication and coordination across track delivery leads;
- Track and manage scope, budget, resources and timelines for a large and complex initiative;
- Communicate project plan information, objectives and deliverables to the team;
- Strong group facilitation and negotiation skills are a must for this role.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Skillset:
- Primary – PHP, Codeigniter, MySQL, Ubuntu/Debian Linux, Agile
- Secondary – Drupal, Python, Postgres, Jenkins
- Familiar with distributed and web-based applications;
- Proficient in Rally, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent initiatives effectively;
- Ability to promote self-organizing and Agile practices through empowering and enabling the teams always seeking continuous improvement;
- Strong people management and negotiation skills;
- Experience with Big Data, Web, Devops projects (PHP, Codeigniter, MySQL, Ubuntu/Debian Linux, Agile, Drupal, Python, Postgres, Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes and ceremonies;
- Scrum Master experience required;
- Experience with migrating technical capabilities to the cloud;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe);
- Person must be technical (i.e. we value prior development experience);
- Excellent communication as this is a customer facing role.
Working hours – US shifts (6:30pm – 3:30am)
