Recruiter – HR

Overview:

As a Recruiter for Zion HR Consultancy, your main role will be that of a Recruiting for a particular client, you would be responsible for assisting the consultants to hire the right candidates for the job.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate builds in accordance with the release calendar;
  • Calling up candidates and collecting information
  • Assist in documentation and feedback on candidates
  • Manage emails and updates
  • Work with the other recruiters/consultants
  • Promote job openings and positions

Job Requirements:

  • Education qualification: 12th- higher secondary  or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience: Experience (1-2 years)/ Fresher / Graduates with excellent communication skills.
  • Working hours: Flexible, mainly Mon-Fri 9:30- 6:30pm, Sat – 9:30 – 1pm
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English
