Operations Head

Location: Nachinola, North Goa

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Standardising and implementation of SOPs to manage the various departments
    • Company inventory / storage systems & management
    • Purchase and procurement management
    • Funds management & accounts
    • Project flow, timelines and deadlines
    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report systems
    • Quality control
    • Optimizing output & production
    • Manpower management
    • Waste Management
    • Infrastructure and resource optimization
  • Ensuring smooth operations between departments
  • Recruiting appropriate candidates in various departments
  • Budgeting Projects with Accounts department
  • Planning annual / monthly Sales targets 
  • Managing Marketing platforms output
  • Reporting to directors of the company 
  • Maintaining confidentiality of the company systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations
    • Leadership skills
    • Good Communication skills 
    • Should own a two-wheeler with a driver’s license

Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: Rs. 30,000p.m.
