Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Standardising and implementation of SOPs to manage the various departments
- Company inventory / storage systems & management
- Purchase and procurement management
- Funds management & accounts
- Project flow, timelines and deadlines
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report systems
- Quality control
- Optimizing output & production
- Manpower management
- Waste Management
- Infrastructure and resource optimization
- Ensuring smooth operations between departments
- Recruiting appropriate candidates in various departments
- Budgeting Projects with Accounts department
- Planning annual / monthly Sales targets
- Managing Marketing platforms output
- Reporting to directors of the company
- Maintaining confidentiality of the company systems.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations
- Leadership skills
- Good Communication skills
- Should own a two-wheeler with a driver’s license
Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Rs. 30,000p.m.
