Excursion Coordinator

Location: Nachinola, North Goa

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing SOP for smooth operations of all excursions
  • Management of guests for excursions
  • Waiver forms and all safety measures to be implemented as per SOP.
  • Verbal Explanation of all emergency procedures to guests before commencement of charter
  • Execution of the excursions and all committed add on services
  • Customization of excursions
  • Proper coordination with sales and booking team
  • Assuring cleanliness of the boats
  • Proper coordination with boat captain & deck hand
  • Proper briefing to crew on board and ensuring smooth operations
  • Assuring customer satisfaction and resolving any on board issues
  • Punctuality and time management of the excursion
  • Proper customer feedback via email procedures to be followed
  • Reporting to relevant departments on per excursion basis
  • Documenting excursion through pictures and short videos
  • Submitting pictures to marketing department for online promos
  • Strategizing and improvisation of services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Daily reports

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Events
    • Well groomed with good communication skills for client interaction
    • Must have a long term commitment towards the company 
    • Should own a two-wheeler with a driver’s license

Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: Rs. 20,000p.m. + incentives
