Overview:
The role of an Business intelligence – RCM is to drive service excellence and maintain financial
health of RCM and define operational performance standards, and streamline business processes
and develop a high-performance culture which supports RCM ( Operations and Business ) to
provide quality service to clients ( Internal and External)
Your Responsibilities:
- Reporting
- Share daily reporting on KPI’s
- Ensure they met the SLA of reporting
- Creating New Power BI report for Leadership/Sr. Leadership
- Operations reports to understand the performance
- Prepare custom report based on client requirement
- Utilizing Power BI tool to develop reporting to Support Leadership and Sr. Leadership reporting
- Monitoring Red Practices
- Monitoring health of clients with the help of red practice report, identify gaps/issues and fix the same.
- Financial Management
- Monitoring and managing practice financial health to ensure their benchmarks are met
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Experience: 1-3 years, preferably IT-related/healthcare business
- Good communication skills
- RCM Process
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Logical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
Working hours – US shifts
Salary Package – Rs. 6,00,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000/- per annum
