DevOps/Database Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualified candidates must possess working knowledge of

  • Microsoft SQL
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • MVC applications as it relates to database scaffolding/models/migrations
  • Maintenance plans
  • Optimization/troubleshooting slow performance
  • Monitoring/metrics
  • Backup/restore operations
  • Running all databases in the following environments
    • Windows
    • Linux
    • AWS RDS
    • Azure Database service
  • High availability/clustering/failover solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: 4-6 years

Additional skills:

  • PowerBI
  • SAS
  • Tableau
  • Excel DB connections/queries for dynamic workbooks

Working hours – US Shifts (6:30pm – 3:30am)
