Location: Goa
About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IT professional to provide remote monitoring and maintenance for our clients network of approximately 100 computers and servers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure all devices are fully operational and “in the green” within the Ninja RMM system.

Responsibilities:
- Log in to Ninja RMM weekly (after hours, Central Standard Time) to assess the status of all managed devices.
- Verify that all computers and servers are reporting as “green” and fully operational. Investigate and address any devices not reporting as “green,” escalating issues as necessary.
- Document any identified issues and actions taken. Communicate regularly with the team regarding the health of our systems.
Key requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience with Ninja RMM
- Practical experience in IT support or system monitoring
- Strong understanding of computer and server health indicators.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, etc.).
- Educational Background: B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech/BCE or Diploma in a technical discipline
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Availability to work consistently after hours, Central Standard Time, on a daily basis.
