Civil Engineer

Location: Nachinola, Goa

We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in construction management, bill checking, steel checking, and BBS calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Design and Analysis: Develop innovative and practical engineering solutions, including structural designs, site layouts, and infrastructure plans.
• Construction Supervision: Monitor and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Cost Estimation and Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee project deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering field.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• A passion for engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Working hours – 9am-6pm (Mon-Sat)

Salary Package –  Rs. 25,000 – 35,000/- p.m (Rs 3,00,000-4,20,000 p.a)
