Location: Panjim, Goa
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, conducting orientation programs for new employees and on-boarding.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the planning and implementing of employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for managing Human Resource Management System.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance, while addressing any payroll-related queries or escalations effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in working with Human Resource Management System.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel and Canva
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working hours – 9am-6pm (Alternative Saturday working)
Salary Package – Upto Rs. 4,80,000 – 5,40,000/- p.a
