Assistant Manager – HRBP

Location: Panjim, Goa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, conducting orientation programs for new employees and on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and implementing of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
  • Responsible for managing Human Resource Management System.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance, while addressing any payroll-related queries or escalations effectively

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in working with Human Resource Management System.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel and Canva
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working hours – 9am-6pm (Alternative Saturday working)

Salary Package –  Upto Rs. 4,80,000 – 5,40,000/- p.a
