ServiceNow Architect

Location: Goa & Hyderabad

Overview:

The ServiceNow Architect will need to support our ServiceNow platform for the legal industry. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for identifying how ServiceNow can be configured and customized to best meet the requirements of internal and external clients. You will participate in meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and define solutions that meet them. You will provide guidance on standard use of ServiceNow features and help ensure adherence to best practices for use of the ServiceNow platform. You will keep abreast of ServiceNow modules and offerings and help inform stakeholders about platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advises company stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of ServiceNow offerings and helps plan progression towards Center of Excellence & Innovation (COEI)
  • Conducts/participates in business analysis and requirements elicitation activities
  • Implements solutions through application configuration, scripting and custom code development
  • Adheres to change management and best practices for code management and deployment
  • Maintains thorough records and documentation to facilitate ongoing maintenance of the platform
  • Help to build company expertise in ServiceNow by mentoring other developers and contributors to the platform
  • Assists in preparation of technical documentation and project budgets

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent
  • Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Service Now experience working with multiple instances of ServiceNow across different organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of a broad range of ServiceNow modules
  • Ability to setup and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios
  • Ability to articulate technology and business justifications to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Advanced experience with JavaScript programming and best practices

Working hours – US shifts (6:30pm – 3:30am)

Salary – Upto Rs. 30,00,000 p.a.
