Admin & HR Officer

Location: Panjim, North Goa

Summary:

The Hiring Company is seeking a versatile and organized individual to fill the role of Admin & HR Officer. This position combines administrative and human resources responsibilities, requiring a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing HR functions and office operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone calls and enquiries on emails and Whatapp, Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure clients service requirement.
  • Coordinate & maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and administrative documentation. Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and celebrations. Support the organization of team-building activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with the external parties right up to onboarding
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality
  • Preparing presentations and reports for the company and the clients on weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling and conduct interviews. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the resolution of employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in tracking and managing the performance & appraisal process. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities. Assist in planning and executing training programs for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate policy changes and assist in enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role. Proven experience in combined Administrative & HR roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and eager to learn new things.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Salary: INR 15,000-20,000 per month

Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (Mon-Sat)
