Branch Manager – Agency Channel

Location: Goa

Skills required:

  • Lead & Build the Agency channel including recruitment and sales training
  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Target Numbers through the team
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Act as a coach for the relationship managers to ensure direction & Support required is delivered.
  • Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation
  • Be a team player with exceptional leadership qualities. 
  • Excellent communication skills and abilities to motivate his team

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-15 years of work experience in Sales Development role. Experience in the life insurance industry in similar role is essential. Should have experience of leading a team of result oriented sales managers. 
  • Education Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree; preferred MBA
  • Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani are preferable.

Salary: Upto 15LPA
