Location: Panjim, North Goa
Transition Manager would be responsible for participating in the transition of various projects with different domains along with the Operations Managers. To manage the end-to-end process for Transitions, ensuring that key elements during the process are addressed and resolved.
Skills required:
- Excellent command over the English language
- Deep understanding of the different aspects of the BPO business – SLA, Baselining. QA, Training, MIS.
- Excellent project management skills applied to wide range and number of project types, complexities, domains and geographies.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in the BPO Industry and responsible for participating in the transition of various projects.
Working hours (Compulsory & Rotational): 9am to 6pm (IND), 2:30pm to 11:30pm (UK) & 10:30pm to 7:30am next day (US)
Salary: Upto 15LPA
