Architect Engineer

Location: Saligao, North Goa

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee site inspections and manage project timelines
  • Ensure implementation of architectural and interior designs
  • Serve as the point of contact between vendors, contractors, clients, and architects
  • Develop BoQs and project estimations
  • Conduct detailed inspections of MEP, interior works, and finishing

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 years’ experience
  • Education Qualifications: Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit & MEΡ
  • Expertise in masonry, fabrication, and carpentry
  • Certification in Project/Construction Management
  • Experience with sustainable building practices

Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm

Salary: Upto 3.60LPA
